Edmonton artist and MacEwan alumna Brenda Draney walks us through her large-scale multimedia installation “Trapline”, followed by a Q&A with the artist and Nicholas Brown, Canadian Art’s director of programs and partnerships.

Join Canadian Art editors and contributors as we host the launch of the Summer 2018 issue, “Translation”. The event is hosted by dc3 Art Projects, where exhibitions by Cindy Baker and Zachari Logan are on view.
The reception will open with a mural unveiling on the back wall of dc3’s exterior by artist Lauren Crazybull and a team of youth from Edmonton, followed by a conversation with the artist and Lindsay Nixon, Canadian Art‘s Indigenous editor-at-large.
All are welcome; admission is free.
