Join us for a half day Self Care Retreat.
Spring it forward by joining us for an afternoon of Self Care while helping to send a close friend of ours back to school.
We Are hoping to raise funds to help send a close friend back to University!
Your afternoon of Self Care will include:
We will begin with a grounding mediation, clearing our energy and preparing for our afternoon.
Mindfulness Forest Bathing
Learn mindfulness techniques as we take silent walks in nature.
A gentle yoga practise to invigorate our bodies and restore ourselves. Learn movement therapy to help you take care of your body and help it stay healthy.
Build a small terrarium to take home. We will provide the succulents, soil etc. If you have a favorite dish you would like to build it in, please feel free to bring it (nothing larger than a soup bowl). Otherwise we will have some options for you.
Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, straps, bolster (if you have these — please let us know if you don't), water, a note book (if you would like to take notes).
We will email you a few days/weeks before your retreat to tell you the exact location in Gold Bar Park.
If it rains the event will be rescheduled.
