New in 2018 we're excited to announce our 5 day teens' boot camps, each an immersive hands on course in culinary techniques. Each day will follow a different theme:
Day 1 – Eggs & Custards — Poached Eggs, Omelettes, Quiches, Soufflés, Ice Creams & Brûlèes
Day 2 – Doughs — Fresh Pasta, Pastry, Pizza and Focaccia
Day 3 – Seafood including Fish & Shellfish Stocks
Day 4 – Poultry & Meat including Bone Broths
Day 5 – Kitchen Challenge — recipes provided for a culinary cookoff!
