With Kris Elaschuk

Classical Kundalini yoga is a transformational practice that allows healing & awakening of the physical & subtle aspects of the self. From the subtle anatomy of the Chakras, to harnessing the expansive power of the mind, to expanding on the infinite potential of the physical body ~ all aspects of being are directed towards healing/balance & transcendence from limitation. Many different tools of yogic practice are embraced in the class: mantra~chanting/sacred sound; pranayama~controlled breathwork; asana/kriya~postures/cleansing physical movement; & many forms of meditation. Expand your mind, purify your body, witness & move through a journey of emotion, invigorate your subtle energy body & thoroughly move into expansive states of consciousness. This is an all emcompassing practice that allows the space & opportunity for you to raise your vibration of being & expand your consciousness.
Open to all levels of practitioners, with a safe and open space created for the practice.

Investment: $80
