We love cooking Portuguese food at Get Cooking, so we're excited to be bringing back this old favourite along with some new recipes and techniques. We'll start our class with some of our favourite Portuguese tapas: Batter Fried Beans; Salt Cod Fritters; and Gambas al Pil Pil (spicy shrimp). Next we'll be composing a delicious salad of Confit Octopus, Chickpeas and Bacon. Then for our main course, we're turning to a true Portuguese classic, Pork and Clams served with Potatoes. And finally for dessert we'll be cooking up some lovely Portuguese Custard Tarts.
Class Fee: $139 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal with wine pairings and a recipe pack to take home.
