FREE Prenatal Yoga Classes at Navina!

Join Clare Newman from Mamata Yoga each week for these FREE Prenatal Yoga Classes on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, each with a different knowledge base and focus!

Mamata Yoga is launching a series of Prenatal Yoga Classes that will be available to purchase on their site. All of these classes will be recorded and the pictures used on their social media sites. It's open and FREE to the public but you must be ok with being on film and sign a wavier.

Space is limited so to secure your space, please call Navina to Register at 587-454-5467. If you need to cancel day of, please call the studio so we can allow those on the guest list to enrol!
