Learn how to integrate the science, wisdom, and practicality of meditation and mindfulness into your life.
The Learn to Meditate series is a 4-week series introducing you to the basic science, philosophy and practices of meditation – as taught in our LM Signature Series Classes: Mantra, Breathe, Move, Chakra, Journey, and Sleep. It is our intention that enough information and simple instruction is provided so that you – as the student – feel confident to engage in a home practice, and have the tools to self-regulate amidst stressful situations.
Each week will be led by a different instructor, so that you will get to know 4 of our studio teachers, and a new practice will be introduced:
week 1 (mantra)
week 2 (breath)
week 3 (movement)
week 4 (visualization)
Designed for absolute beginners or those that have tried but do not have a lot of context for the practice and practicality of it, or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
This 4 week registered series will be offered every month, with the option of Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm OR Saturdays from 1:30-3:00pm.
$60 + GST for all 4 weeks.
