A good pizza is the ultimate in Italian comfort food, as perfect for a quick family meal as it is for a party. Join Doreen and Kathryn as they teach you how to make your own pizza dough and from it both white and red pizzas, using a selection of their favourite toppings. And for dessert we'll be serving up Affogato, another Italian Classic. Please note that in this class, you’ll be making and taking home pizza dough for your freezer.
This class is not suitable for gluten-free diets. Vegetarian substitutions are available on request.
Class Fee: $105 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 3-hour class, pizza with wine pairings plus a recipe pack and pizza dough to take home.
