Feet, Hips & Low Back Tension Workshop
Fascia is the connective tissue in the body. Joining our muscles, bones, and skin. From stress, exercise or injury this fascia and muscles can tighten creating tension and stiffness in the body.
This 90-minute workshop will cover stretching and tension release techniques for the feet, legs, hips and low back. Working with a few yoga postures and myofascial release, using simple techniques that can be done at home.
What to bring:
· Pen and paper if you’d like
· Yoga Mat
· Comfortable clothes
No yoga experience necessary. Every BODY is welcome.
