Why Girl Tribe?
All Girl Tribe journeys are rooted in the Expressive arts movement!
Expressive arts is based on the premise that we are infused with the gift of imagination. The Girl Tribe focus holds spaces where creative growth and peer connection have the potential to awaken and inspire our infinite selves; rooting in the benefits of creating stronger self — identity, personal confidence and valued leadership. Many studies link exposure to art, influencing all aspects of learning while discovering our perceptual skills (amongst many other benefits). It's my personal passion to create healing spaces of self — discovery and self — fulfillment through self — expressson!

About the Faciliator —
Tarrah Lynne has been supporting Women in the Arts since 2012. Witnessing the power of women gathering in circle, her passion became realized to create healing spaces for young women; focusing on empowerment through various forms of artistic self — expresssion. Holding certificates for Women Unveiled Mystery School, Ecstatic Dance Facilitation, Psychosomatic Therapy and Pink Tent Facilitation — formulating multi-age circles for girls and young women. She comes with years experience volunteering with youth under the expressive arts umbrella. Currently involved in JOYW Girl — mentoring endeavors and PIEAT — Expressive Arts Therapy. A mom of two young girls, she lives to fulfill her passion for girls to feel supported, be heard, get creative and give them a place to belong ♥
